Just wondered if anyone has had an issue with this casino? I have collected from them before but on December 24,2016 I had a good hit. I requested cash out and was approved on January 11. Still haven't received check? I know we have some people on this forum that also knows people at certain books and or casinos, if anyone knows someone at Cool Cat let me know.

I am sorry to say, but you may expect to be stiffed.There are currently countless reports about non-payments from this group, which also operates various other RTG-based casinos. In case you got lucky enough and eventually received your payment, I strongly suggest staying away from Cool Cat & Co.
